Cerulean Waters

This past Sunday Lanie took our team out to a lovely island beach, and we spent a relaxing day riding the waves, exploring the islands, collecting shells, fishing, and fellowshipping together. We were transported over to the island via boat, complete with bamboo outriggers and a hidden motor beneath the center seat. The ocean is gorgeous, and the water is crystal clear with beautiful shades of blues and greens. I posted some additional photographs and added them in our photo gallery, so feel free to browse the latest additions. Mim was our photographer, as she was the only one of us who thought to bring her camera along. I am also adding some of the photos that she took during her time at the Mercy In Action clinic, so that you can see a bit of what goes on there. The images help to show how Mercy In Action is effectively working with the Filipinos here in Olongapo. It is so beautiful to see the newborns in the arms of their mothers just moments after birth. The album is entitled: Through Mim’s Lens.
